Blanket Scarf: Casual & Comfy

I hope you had a wonderful Halloween! Ours was rather exciting! It was our first Halloween in the new home and our cove had a big neighborhood party to start the night. Afterwards, we hit up most of our street for trick or treating. Evan Lilly really got into it this year and had so much fun! After getting a good stash of candy we headed home. She loved handing out the candy as much as she loved getting it. Needless to say we were all pretty exhausted this morning. Halloween on a Monday night is rough!

Today is back to reality with work and school, but I am excited to join the Trend Spin Linkup hosted by Laura at Walking in Memphis in High Heels and Erin at The Fashion Canvas for today's post. I have an obsession with blanket scarves! When we were in the mountains I paired my newest scarf, from TJ Maxx, with a casual look. I loved it so much I wanted to share a few shots with y'all. My family went on a morning walk and then  headed to town for brunch. I loved how the scarf was practical and kept me warm, but also added a little something extra to my outfit. I have quite the collection of scarves and listed my favorite places to shop for them at the bottom of this post. Maybe, one day the weather in Memphis will finally cool off and I can finally put away my summer clothes!!!
