Stripes and Plaid

It's back to reality after a beautiful weekend spent in Atlanta and the Highlands. My little sis is in med school in Atlanta and received her white coat on Friday. Afterwards we headed to my grandparents home in the Highlands to celebrate. It was absolutely beautiful and I wish we had more time but it was a quick weekend trip.

I love mixing patterns and colors in our home and in what I wear. This is probably one of my favorite style mixtures trending right now. I wish I would have been able to shoot this outfit in the Highlands, but we really had so little time. Therefore my photographer (aka my dad) snapped a few shots of Evan Lilly and me at our hotel in Atlanta before heading to the mountains. Although, my mom did get one pic with the beautiful leaves and this look, which you might have seen in my post on Instagram.
