I love fall time! And want to know something really crazy, I love the winter! Maybe that's because we are in the South and we don't have the extreme cold temps and feet of snow that drives people to snowbird in Florida. (We lived in Naples so I am very familiar with snow birds ;-) Our one or two snow days a year is enough to shut down the city, have some fun, and melt 24 hours later. But for now, I am still patiently waiting our cool and sunny fall days.
I will admit, I do not have a ton of fall or Halloween decorations. Although, I am pretty sure what I lack in this I make up for in Christmas decor. But for now I wanted to share a few things I have done around the house. It's a little difficult when trying to furnish and decorate a new home to also throw in seasonal decorations, but I was able to add a little taste of fall! Enjoy!!
If you're local, I got our pumpkins from Jones Orchard. Their prices are awesome!
For our upstairs mantle, I stayed with the traditional warm fall colors. The wreath is from Target and the fall garland, pumpkins, and candle wreaths are from Hobby Lobby.
Downstairs I added some white with gold polka dot candles from Homegoods and the adorable little white pumpkins are from Jones Orchard. I can't remember exactly, but I think they were around seventy-five cents a piece!!
XOXO,
